Constitution Day Celebration

Calling All Patriots!
You are hereby cordially invited on Sunday the 18th of September at 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm for free admission to a celebration of the Constitution of the united States

Freeport Municipal Park /Riverplace and Pavillion, 421 Brazosport Blvd, Freeport TX 77541.
Activities to include, but not limited to:
- Live Music performed by local and regional talent
- Silent auction of Patriotic items and memoribilia
- **Catering by “Talk About Good Restaurant”, $8 at the door (King Ranch Chicken or Shrimp Etouffe will be served)
- Free hot dogs for children under 12, accompanied by a parent
- Inflatable amusements for the kids
- Politican dunking booth (non-partisan, you select your own “victim”)
- Promotional and Educational vendor booths
- Special appearance by a Founding Father

Sheriffs need to be reminded that they are the highest authority in the County and stand between us and an over-reaching federal government. Sheriff Mack would speak about his winning 10th Amendment Supreme Court case, Printz, Sheriff/Coroner, Ravalli County, Montana V. United States, 521 U.S. 898, in which: “The Federal Government may not compel the States to enact or administer a federal regulatory program.” [Case preview is here.]
Sheriff Mack’s winning case at the Supreme Court was triggered by the unconstitutional Brady Bill, but the ruling covers Government Controlled “Health Care,” Cap and Trade, and almost every battle we will deal with this year and beyond.
Sheriff Mack is an excellent speaker with complete credibility and conviction. You can see him on You Tube, his website http://sheriffmack.com or in the movie “Don’t Tread on Me.”
